We love living at Park Central. The staff is very professional and anticipate all your needs. The common areas are first class and always clean. We have a dog and he is as welcome here as we are. We are very happy here!

A wonderful place to live, literally steps from everything North Hills has to offer. Units are modern, with amazing views and well designed. Pool, sauna and gym are a huge plus! As a previous resident, I appreciated the staff and their prompt service. Even after moving out, Kaila went above and beyond to help me with a question I had. I was very impressed. We still live in the neighborhood and highly recommend this place.

We are bicoastal grandparents! Our home is in Pasadena California and we are renting at Park Central to be close to our granddaughter. Everyone I’ve met has been kind, informative and extremely welcoming. I feel safe at any time of the day or night and that is very important for my husband and son since I do not have a car here. We had started off renting for six months, but we are going to be here for another year and I am so excited to be part of the Park Central community!

I enjoy living at Park Central , thanks to the apartment's modern atmosphere which is complemented by friendly neighbors. It's great to see how well all the dogs get along, adding to the community vibe. The premises are consistently clean and feel very safe, making it an ideal place to call home.

We have lived at Park Central for almost a year now and have loved it! To start the staff is amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. Anytime there is an issue of any kind they take care of it immediately. The amenities are wonderful! [...] There is also and outdoor area which overlooks the park and stage where so much happens! The community really has so much…fitness room, super pet friendly , awesome residents... I could go on and on. I didn’t even mention our apartment itself which we love! We have enjoyed every bit of our stay and have no plans to leave any time soon!

Park Central is a great place to live! Convenient walking access to food, entertainment, shopping, & parks. Great location in Raleigh to get to most anywhere in the Research Triangle area within a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance staff are the BEST! Tripp, Alexandra, & the rest of the office staff are very professional and also respond to any of my requests, questions, or concerns promptly!

Park Central is a great location. The apartment itself is sleek, modern cabinetry and appliances. The community is safe and convenient (walkable grocery store, restaurants and activities). Easy access to 440 and major routes to downtown and the surrounding cities. The staff is always pleasant, informative and maintenance responds swiftly. Looking forward to extending our time here.

Living at Park Central is a top-tier experience. Tiffany, Katie, and Hannah are extremely helpful and are always looking for ways to support the residents and care for the community. I feel that I am in good hands knowing that they are running the show. I haven't had issues living there and they are always so helpful when I have questions about events, etc. Highly recommend Park Central - 100% because of them.

I moved in to Park Central this past July and while my apartment, the amenities and the complex itself are beautiful, staff in the leasing office have been the best part about living here. They have continued to be extremely helpful and creative in working with me about any issues that have come up since my move in. Their flexibility, their responsiveness, and their willingness to help with pretty much anything [...]. Anna, Katie, Kaitlyn, and Tiffany are seriously the best group I've ever interacted with in an apartment complex and they are a real asset to this community. I'm so glad that they were the reason I chose to live here because they certainly have not let me down!

I have lived at Park Central for about 4 years now. I’ve bounced around a lot over the last 10 years and this place is BY FAR the best place I’ve lived. -The units are open and modern. -The staff is top notch, friendly and ALWAYS responsive even with the smallest requests. -you can’t beat the accessibility to all the restaurants and shops -extremely dog friendly and safe for families -the amenities are all brand new, clean and state of the art - it’s a safe and quiet area but also gives you a “high rise” city feel I could go on and on but you get it. If you live in Raleigh, this is the place to be.
